RISE (Beginner Group Lessons)

You’re starting from scratch— but you’re not starting small.

RISE is our warm, zero-judgment space for women just beginning their English journey. With soft, feminine themes and patient guidance, you’ll build the foundations—grammar, vocabulary, and conversation—while also rising into your confidence, creativity, and self-expression. We meet you where you are and grow from there.

For women with little to no English background who want to feel safe, seen, and supported as they learn

FLOW (Intermediate Group Lessons)

Fluent in the language, fluent in who you are.

FLOW is for the woman ready to deepen her confidence in English by using her voice, not just studying rules. Through immersive conversations on beauty, relationships, self-development, and real-life topics, you'll not only expand your vocabulary — you'll evolve your self-expression. This isn’t school — it’s a sisterhood. Come flow with us.

For learners who already understand some English and want to speak more freely, confidently, and fully.

ELEVATE(30 & 60 Minute Private Lessons)

Where language meets healing.

Our private sessions are a deep, personalized experience where language becomes a tool for healing, clarity, and self-discovery. Go beyond grammar—unpack your story, practice your power, and connect your voice to your truth. These aren’t just lessons. They’re revelations.

For women who want to go deep, move fast, and evolve in private, intentional space.

Meet The Founder

I’m Sidney Lou, the founder of CEREBELLE—an English learning platform that helps women grow through language, art, and self-discovery. I believe that learning English can be a powerful, healing process—one that connects you to your voice, your emotions, and your purpose.

I’m a certified English teacher with over three years of experience teaching women and children from around the world. I teach in a way that’s soulful and personal—using art, movement, and real conversation to help you feel confident and express yourself freely in English.

I study Sociology and International Relations at Arizona State University, where I became deeply interested in how language, identity, and culture shape the way we relate to the world—and to ourselves.

I was certified through Aim4TheHeart’s Heart Education program, where I was trained to teach emotional and financial literacy through language and art. I was taught to bring this work into real-world spaces like schools, juvenile detention centers, and prisons—helping people reclaim their voices, understand their emotions, and imagine new possibilities.

As an artist and educator, I use art therapy tools, storytelling, and creative methods in my lessons. I also trained directly under the founder of Express & Release, a therapeutic dance modality that helps people move through hard emotions using the body. That training transformed the way I teach. Now I blend language learning with emotional awareness and somatic tools like breathing, movement, and rhythm to create a safe, embodied learning experience.

At CEREBELLE, you don’t just learn English. You reconnect with yourself.

If you’re looking for a learning space that feels creative, caring, and deeply real—I’d love to work with you.

One word, one movement, one conversation at a time.
